Gluten Free, Vegetarian Sweet Potato Blue Cheese B Gluten Free, Vegetarian Sweet Potato Blue Cheese Bites 🧀 #AD I’m already gearing up for the Big Game and these are on the menu! Not a blue cheese fan? I wasn’t either for the longest time but the saltiness of the @treasurecavecheese Crumbled Blue Cheese pairs so well with the sweetness of the caramelized onions and mushrooms and baked sweet potatoes making the most perfect combination that everyone will love! Not only are these delicious but they are insanely easy so you can spend more time watching the game than cooking! This recipe took me 5 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to cook. Recipe🧀 What you’ll need: •Sweet potato •Yellow onion •Mushrooms •@treasurecavecheese Crumbled Blue Cheese •Rosemary to garnish How to make it: •Slice sweet potato into rounds. •Air fry at 400 for 20 minutes. •Meanwhile slice onions and mushrooms and sauté for 30 minutes on low until caramelized. •Once done layer onions and mushrooms over sweet potato and then top with @treasurecavecheese blue cheese and a sprinkle of rosemary. •Serve and enjoy! Lemony Kale Pasta 🍋🌱 At the end of last wee Lemony Kale Pasta 🍋🌱 At the end of last week our fridge was super bare so I had to get a little creative with what we had and it was a hit! This is perfect for a meatless meal that will fill you up but not leave you feeling blah afterwards how to make it:🍋🌱 swipe for ingredients (not pictured, a can of white beans) •cook @eatbanza pasta according to pan (make sure to save some pasta water!) •while pasta is cooking sauté 4 cloves of chopped garlic with chopped kale until kale is wilted. Add in juice of lemon and salt and pepper to taste •once pasta is done, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water •add pasta water to kale and 1/2 cup grated parm cheese (this will make a creamy ish sauce) •toss the pasta in the sauce and add can of rinsed white beans •top with extra parm and some lemon zest •enjoy!
Creamy Chia Pudding with Citrus and Almonds 🍊 Creamy Chia Pudding with Citrus and Almonds 🍊 I had the best chia pudding in the most unexpected place last week - my @delta flight. It was so creamy and had a great coconut flavor so I made a note to recreate it once I got home and I got very close! This is super thick and creamy, had a delicious coconut taste and pairs amazingly well with @sumocitrus and the almonds are the perfect crunch! This also kept me full for HOURS! I used to skip breakfast and I’d be starving by noon but now I make sure to eat lots of protein + fat in the morning. It keeps me focused and energized through the morning and I want less snacks throughout the day, win/win! Recipe 🍊 what you’ll need: •1/2 cup canned coconut milk •1/2 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt •1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk •1 tsp vanilla •1 tsp sugar (I used @wholeearthsweetener ) •4 tbsp chia seeds • @sumocitrus •2 tbsp slivered almonds How to make it: •combine milks, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla and sugar together and refrigerate overnight •in the morning give it a good stir, top with orange and almonds •enjoy!
5 days in San Jose del Cabo ☀️🍹 If you’r 5 days in San Jose del Cabo ☀️🍹 If you’re in need of some sun this winter, couldn’t recommend a trip to Cabo more! I had never been to San Jose del Cabo before and it was fantastic. The food, the weather and the ocean just can’t be beat Some highlights: ☀️dinner at @florafarms - def make a reservation and go at golden hour. It’s such a beautiful place and the cocktails and food were incredible ☀️a cabana at the @hiltonloscabos - we did this on Thursday and I was able to take all my meetings from the cabana while my friends enjoyed the beach and pool ☀️dinner and cocktails at @pescaditobreak - my favorite cocktail of the trip was from here, mezcalita tamarindo. If you like mezcal, it’s a must ☀️lunch at @lostresgallos - the courtyard was beautiful and the food was fresh and delicious. Perfect spot after strolling the downtown area ☀️tacos and mango margs at Restaurante Mexico. We ordered a huge feast of tacos here and it was all delicious We stayed at an air bnb in the costa azul area but if I go back I’d love to stay over in the La Laguna area. If you need any tips for your trip, my DMs are always open!

Be everyone’s favorite and bring the classics to your Big game party! With my no-fail sweet potato fries served with Hunts® Tomato Ketchup and cauliflower wings with an easy honey mustard made with Gulden's® Mustard. These will be a hit with everyone! Thanks to Walmart for this one-stop shop for everything I need to host a great Big game party Recipe: sweet potato fries with Hunts® Tomato Ketchup •preheat oven to 425 •cut sweet potatoes into wedges, coat in olive oil, salt, and pepper •bake for 30 minutes or until crispy •serve with Hunts for dipping cauliflower wings with honey mustard •in a bowl mix together 1/2 cup flower with 1/2 cup almond milk and a tablespoon of garlic powder. Add cauliflower florets and coat well •air fry cauliflower at 400 for 20 minutes •meanwhile, mix 1/4 cup Gulden's Mustard with 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup honey and 1 tablespoon white vinegar. •serve cauliflower wings with honey mustard •enjoy!
Citrus Kale Salad 🥗 Post vacation, I’ve been Citrus Kale Salad 🥗 Post vacation, I’ve been eating all the veggies and this salad was perfect for a delicious, veggie filled lunch or dinner. Kale and citrus pairs perfectly together and my favorite citrus this season is @sumocitrus but any orange would do! Recipe🥗 what you’ll need: (swipe for ingredients) •kale (massaged with olive oil and lemon) •lentils •tomato •red onion • @sumocitrus •slivered almonds How to make it: •place it all in a bowl and enjoy!
