Be everyone’s favorite and bring the classics to your Big game party! With my no-fail sweet potato fries served with Hunts® Tomato Ketchup and cauliflower wings with an easy honey mustard made with Gulden's® Mustard. These will be a hit with everyone! Thanks to Walmart for this one-stop shop for everything I need to host a great Big game party Recipe: sweet potato fries with Hunts® Tomato Ketchup •preheat oven to 425 •cut sweet potatoes into wedges, coat in olive oil, salt, and pepper •bake for 30 minutes or until crispy •serve with Hunts for dipping cauliflower wings with honey mustard •in a bowl mix together 1/2 cup flower with 1/2 cup almond milk and a tablespoon of garlic powder. Add cauliflower florets and coat well •air fry cauliflower at 400 for 20 minutes •meanwhile, mix 1/4 cup Gulden's Mustard with 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup honey and 1 tablespoon white vinegar. •serve cauliflower wings with honey mustard •enjoy!

Kale and citrus pairs perfectly together and my favorite citrus this season is @sumocitrus but any orange would do! Recipe🥗 what you’ll need: (swipe for ingredients) •kale (massaged with olive oil and lemon) •lentils •tomato •red onion • @sumocitrus •slivered almonds How to make it: •place it all in a bowl and enjoy!

Italian Chop Salad with an easy Pesto Dressing 🥗 #AD Salads should be anything but bland and boring and this Italian Chop with the most flavorful dressing could not be any easier or delicious! Sometimes we can’t be bothered to chop a bunch of garlic cloves and keep that basil plant alive. But thanks to Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste and Lightly Dried Basil, I can spice up any meal in an instant! Both are key for the Pesto Dressing that I will be making all year round. These Gourmet Garden™ products are available through Walmart’s Online Pickup & Delivery, which I LOVE using because it helps me stay in budget and saves me tons of time! #GourmetGarden #Walmart #AvailableAtWalmart Recipe🥗 Pesto Dressing: What you’ll need: •1 tbsp olive oil •2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar •1 tsp Dijon mustard •1 tsp Gourmet Garden™ Garlic Stir-In Paste •1 tbsp Gourmet Garden™ Lightly Dried Basil How to make it: •place all ingredients in a container and mix well Italian Chop: What you’ll need: •head of romaine • 1/4 cup red onion • 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper • 1/4 cup tomatoes • 1/8 cup capers • 1/4 cup green olives How to make it: •chop all ingredients and add to bowl •toss with Pesto Dressing •enjoy!

Made with @lifewaykefir it’s a gut friendly and delicious start to the day! Recipe 🎄 •combine 1 cup of holiday cookie @lifewaykefir with 4 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tsp of cinnamon and refrigerate overnight •in the morning, mix well and serve with pomegranate seeds •enjoy! [ad]
Festive Holiday Whipped Eggplant Dip 🍆🌀 Ive Festive Holiday Whipped Eggplant Dip 🍆🌀 Ive been wanting to make the infamous eggplant dip from elephante that @broccyourbody has on her blog and finally did! It’s incredible and so easy to make. I followed her recipe but added 2 extra garlic cloves and topped it with pomegranate seeds and fresh oregano to make it *festive* We served it with some mini sweet peppers and homemade flatbread in the @oonihq - if you need a dip for your holiday gathering, make this!!
Grain bowl with all the goods 🌱 After a week o Grain bowl with all the goods 🌱 After a week of steak frites, baguettes with a copious amount of butter and lots of champagne, I’m focusing on getting all the nutrients in my meals. I’m so behind on work as well so they need to be quick and easy and this grain bowl was just that! I love using the pre packaged lentils from Trader Joe’s, the quick cook farro and pre steamed beets. Convenience is key when eating healthy while busy and these staples help me make healthy decisions instead of ordering take out.
